Baltic Fintech Awards: Celebrating the Region’s Brightest Talent and Innovation

This year marked a meaningful milestone for the Baltic fintech ecosystem — ROCKIT launched the inaugural Baltic Fintech Awards, an initiative designed to recognise and celebrate the companies, leaders, and innovations that are driving real impact across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.

The idea behind these awards was clear from the beginning: to highlight those who not only build exceptional products but who actively shape the future of fintech in the region. The individuals and organisations who are not just contributing — they’re leading.

Winners were selected by a distinguished international jury, made up of experts from across the Baltics and Europe, representing institutions such as: Fintech Hub LT, Latvian Fintech Association, Finance Estonia, Swedbank, SEB, Bank of Lithuania, FirstPick, Tenity, NJORD, Sorainen, LitBAN, LVCA, Venture Faculty, Karma VC, MiddleGame Ventures, Latvian Ministry of Finance, Innovate Finance, Black Unicorn, and Fintech Futures.
