Axiology is a licensed capital markets infrastructure provider operating under the EU DLT Pilot Regime as a Trading and Settlement System (DLT-TSS). Its platform delivers the full lifecycle of digital securities — issuance, trading, settlement, custody, and registry services — on a regulated distributed ledger framework. By combining the functions of a CSD, settlement system, and MTF into one interoperable infrastructure, Axiology enables both institutional and retail access to bonds and other real-world assets in a compliant, efficient, and scalable way.
The service is designed to bridge issuers and investors across Europe and beyond, with API-based integrations for brokers, crowdfunding platforms, and banks. Axiology’s model lowers barriers for SMEs, sovereigns, and financial institutions to raise capital, while giving investors access to transparent, regulated instruments that settle instantly. Its mission is to unlock Europe’s savings and investment potential by creating a modern, accessible, and resilient digital market infrastructure.

Axiology is in the final stages of closing its €5 million equity round at a €15 million pre-money valuation. With commitments already in place, the round is nearing full subscription. At this stage, we are selectively engaging with strategic investors who can add more than capital — bringing distribution capabilities, institutional access, or market infrastructure expertise.
The window is short: with regulatory approvals secured, the platform live, and issuer and distribution pipelines developing, the focus is now on scaling. We are therefore prioritising investors who share our long-term vision and can play an active role in shaping the future of regulated digital capital markets.
