SORT A BRICK
Nearly every home with kids has a dusty LEGO box. Once sets get mixed, children lose interest — but the bricks don’t disappear; they become an untapped asset.
By 2032, over 3.2 trillion LEGO bricks will exist. Durable and timeless, if restored into sets, this stock could be worth over €160 billion.
Yet today, less than 2% re-enter resale because manual sorting is impractical and impossible to scale.
Sort A Brick’s mission is to make set restoration from loose bricks affordable, simple, and family-friendly.
At the heart of its moat is the patent-pending World’s First Automated Brick Sorter, powered by AI and trained on terabytes of proprietary data.
Its Set Restoration pilot in Germany has shown strong results: 400+ orders (~5k kg, €145k), a declining CAC (€80 → €20 → €0), and a high AOV (€370 excl. VAT).
