We chose to offset 181,57t of our footprint by supporting the restoration of hydrological conditions and maintenance of natural habitats in Tartokas peatland, a project led by VšĮ Pelkių atkūrimo ir apsaugos fondas. The restored peatland will capture CO2 from the atmosphere, as well as preserve local biodiversity.

We do variety of free activities outside the boundaries of ROCKIT to improve the ecosystem. Namely, we provide mentoring sessions, organise lectures in universities, facilitate partnerships, participate in events, and spread our expertise in keynote speeches.

Rockit becomes climate neutral! We are proud to have measured and offset our lifetime carbon footprint, which is a natural step to proactively compensate for our own negative impact.
Together with our community, we aim to grow and boost the knowledge about sustainability and inspire positive transformation by adding metrics of Rockit members, the most covered SDGs, and potential improvement areas.
